After bouncing around and having two realtors. With some help from others, I found Ashley Gray. Ashley was amazing in helping me find my first home!
A bump in the road:
-My original loan approved was unapproved a few weeks before closing (scary I know)! Ashley was able to find me another mortgage lender the same day and I was approved within 1-2 days for a better loan and better interest rate!
She responds in a very timely manner (within minutes, typically!) I would call/text her all hours of the day asking the silliest of questions. She was very patient with me as I didn't understand a whole lot about buying a house before Ashley was my realtor. She explained everything thoroughly to me with extreme detail, and with out making me feel like my questions were ever stupid. Even after buying the home she came over with a helper to tidy up a few things(I didn't even ask her to, she did this on her own). Overall I would give Ashley a 10/10 rating based on my experiences with her!

Ashley is great to work with. She listens to understand the clients needs and then works relentlessly to ensure you find the home of your dreams. She has great marketing skills when it comes to selling your home.
