I am so incredibly grateful that Ashley came highly recommended to us by our broker. Ashley took the time to listen to our questions, thoughts, and concerns with the selling of our own home. She gave us HOPE when another realtor, we had previously talked to, had left us with none. She LISTENED to what we wanted in a new home and didn’t try to convince us out of our desires- I know this was particularly hard because my husband and myself have completely DIFFERENT tastes. Ashley is organized and quick to respond to any questions -if she doesn’t immediately know the answer she will 100% find out. She will go above and beyond to help make sure your home is ready for picture day and for showings- this can be extremely stressful and she makes it so there is none and that you aren’t in this alone. She KNOWS how to write the best offers to make a seller want to choose yours while keeping your best interest as #1. Ashley knows that these aren’t just houses to people they are their HOMES- and it is an incredibly big deal- and she treats them as such.

Ashley handled two different home sales and a purchase for us in 2022 and was absolutely the best we could have asked for throughout the process of each one. She is dedicated and works hard. She went out of her way to make sure the process went smooth and answered all questions and concerns throughout.
