Ashley Jackrel

On the ten-year anniversary of opening her first business, Ashley Jackrel earned her CCIM designation. Since then, she has sold that business, transitioning this cumulative expertise to advise in commercial real estate services, with her specialties being Office and Investments. She has leveraged this acumen to achieve her client’s goals and serves in leadership and volunteer roles. After the Coronavirus shutdown in 2020, Ashley was the only agent to sell an office property priced under $950,000 in West Ashley, according to Catalyst.

She has connected with the community through her service on the City of Charleston’s West Ashley Revitalization Commission and is a leader in her profession, serving congruently at the local, state, and national levels. Outside of the real estate industry, Ashley has served as a guest teacher at R.B. Stall High School in North Charleston as part of their entrepreneurship program. She helped to raise funds for the Warrior Home Project, a solution for student homelessness. She enjoys practicing yoga and taking part in leisurely meals with loved ones.
