Ashley Johnson

I help buyers navigate through the process to achieve their goal of home ownership and assist home owners to gain the most profit when selling residential property. I aim to make every transaction stress free and prepare my clients for every step. I value the trust my clients place in me and strive everyday to exceed their expectations by being authentic and giving honest reliable service. My priority is to always treat my clients like family. I have lived in the Miami Valley and surrounding areas my entire life and have made Springfield my home town for the last 13 years. Prior to Real Estate I held positions in Retail Management, where I was responsible for managing daily decisions to maximize productivity and exceed customer service. That experience is where I found my calling for sales and helping customers. I was also blessed to have spent a few years being a stay at home mom to my four kids and to care for my son with cerebral palsy. My son has taught me patience and to take extra care for detail. I have been a Realtor for five years, I was awarded the Rookie of the year from Springfield Board of Realtors. I am also a Director on my Board and volunteer for services in my community. I use a team of professionals that include lenders, inspectors, title agents and handy men to help service my client’s needs and to ensure a successful transaction.
