Purchasing a home is probably the largest and most important decision any individual will make. Taking on a debt that you will be responsible for 15 or 30 years and especially in our situation where my boyfriend and I decided to purchase a home together. We are both very realistic but like anyone else we have champagne taste on a beer budget. I guess it is a defence mechanism to say we shopped for a house but no house is up to our standards. This was until we were introduced to Ashley Kaehn and Natan Kaplunskiy “center stage” is the term which best describes their attention to us. Genuine approach with a real understanding to our needs at the same time patiently explaining everything step by step on what to expect and how the process of home buying works. Seriously after Natan and Ashley explained everything and everything they said is exactly how everything went. This team set the expectations and not once did they disappoint, extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented team.
Natan and Ashley superior team to work with for home purchase. There really was not one detail they missed or did not advise prior.
Thank you guys you made this an amazing experience for us and hopefully the home purchase will be worthwhile of my boyfriend going to Jarred :)

I can’t say enough awesome things about Ashley!! I’m a total newbie to short sales and she has been nothing but amazing about explaining the process and procedures of the transaction and hand holding me and my clients through every step. She is very communicative via text and email and often responds after work hours to my insane questions. She honestly cares about her clients and it shows. Short sale transactions can be complicated / long / cumbersome and Ashely has been nothing but up front about everything. She has offered my clients vendors she has previously worked with and helped us when we got stuck! 12/10 I would work with her again!

Ashley was the selling agent for the house I recently brought. This house was in a short sale status and Ashley was phenomenal in making this sale happen in less than 3 weeks. Ashley was a true professional in her dealing with a hostile seller, and she delivered our home to us through our agent whom she kept updated on a daily basis. Straight off.... I am not an easy person to deal with and generally do not like people very much anymore. I get very busy and hard to get ahold of. And during all that was also dealing with the death of my mother wich did not help Ashley at all. Yet throughout everything.... the delays.. missed appointments. Missed calls and messages waiting for replies Ashley was more than professional in accommodating the sale of my house she was also compassionate to my situation and cared about how I was doing personally beyond the business.. and she still checks in to see how I am! She went above and beyond many times for me and I am grateful to have had Ashley and her team thru such a hectic period of my time.. I would not hesitate to render her services again and highly recommend this amazing team for your needs... if you have a bad experience with this team I am convinced it was by your own doing!! You should check yourself... I am honored to have met Ashley and proud to concider her one of my very few friends. Thank you Ashley you definitely did earn it.

Ashley was amazing. She helped us with every step of the process in selling our home. I really appreciated that she represented the true facts abs didn't just say what we wanted to hear or sugar coat things. She went above and beyond in helping us find our new home. There were times when I would call her in a panic and she would calmly talk me down and help me find balance again - our buyers were a bit difficult, to say the least. I highly recommend Ashley and will be using her for our next home as well.
