Ashley Kuhn

Ashley Kuhn joined PJ Morgan Real Estate as a REALTOR® in 2022. She has spent a significant amount of time in the real estate development and construction world while helping to start one of the largest real estate development companies in Omaha, Nebraska. Ashley serves as the Co-CEO of the Blair Freeman Group, the only 100% woman-owned, 100% black-owned construction and owners’ representation company in Nebraska.

She spent 15 years at White Lotus Group, where she became an expert in development and construction processes as well as the operations of their business ventures including construction, medical, hospitality, and logistics. During her time at White Lotus Group, she oversaw over $700m in real estate development, grew the staff from 1 to over 450, and led the acquisition of the majority ownership in a construction company. In August of 2018, with the full support of White Lotus Group, Ashley decided to step down as EVP to co-found Blair Freeman. Blair Freeman was named by combining the two maiden names of the two owners, Maranda Adams (Blair) and Ashley Kuhn (Freeman).

As a child, Ashley’s interest in real estate was first sparked when she became fascinated with the differing real estate conditions in her North Omaha Neighborhood. This fascination led her to want a career that could impact the face of real estate in Omaha. She majored in Real Estate, Land Use Economics, and Investment Finance at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and Omaha. After earning her BS, she immediately got to work helping with revitalization efforts in her community. She loves networking and meeting new people and clients.

Ashley believes in giving back through service. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Omaha Chamber (Executive Committee), Lozier Foundation, CREW Metro Omaha (Past President), Union for Contemporary Arts and Omaha Girls Inc (President-Elect). She is a Girls Inc. mentor and a voting member of I Be Black Girl (IBBG).

Ashley is married, and a mother of three: Jayla, Alivia, and Kris II. She also has three adorable dogs, Vader, Vinny, and Vado! In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and participating in outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and camping, is an avid reader, sports fan, and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment.
