Ashley Mandola is a native Houstonian who currently resides in the Spring Valley area and grew up in the Memorial Villages. She graduated from Memorial High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Houston. Ashley has a passion for helping people find their dream home and educating them with the Houston market. At a young age, she knew she would become involved in the Real Estate industry. Growing up, her parents built, remodeled, and sold homes in the Memorial Villages. Before becoming a real estate agent, Ashley worked in retail for 5 years and then worked as a new home sales counselor with a competitive company for 2 years.

She finds a great deal of satisfaction in finding the perfect home for her clients to build memories in their new residence and in negotiating the sale price of the home for her clients.
