We knew we wanted to move away from busy east Orlando to Clermont, and Ashley was the perfect person to help. With realtors, there’s always a risk of getting someone on either end of the spectrum: the part-time friend-of-a-friend realtor with no experience or a busy billion-dollar lister who is impossible to get on the phone and doesn’t return calls. Ashley, on the other hand, was perfect. She was attentive and honest. She helped us navigate a crazy market and sell our home for well more than we initially thought, and she got us into a great house for less than we expected. I’m never moving again, but if I know anyone who is planning to, I’d refer them to Ashley.

Ashley is the type of person you want on your side. Although the deal she was working on for me fell through at the last moment, she stayed on course for me and kept looking for a suitable location even after the corona virus put everything on hold for all of us. Ashley Pun SOLD our house while on a boat!!!  True story that you can ask her about yourself!

We first listed our house with Ashley while the market was slow and we were getting low ball offers.  Ashley was able to come up with a solution to our problem that benefitted so much in the long run.  With Ashley's help we were able to rent out our house and make a profit in the meantime.  Once the term of the lease was concluded, Ashley listed our house and the very first offer we received was way above asking price.

Whether the market is good or bad, Ashley has the knowledge and experience to make it work.  When it comes to a huge financial investment like a home, it's important to have someone you can fully trust to have your back.  Ashley gave us piece of mind throughout this process and went above and beyond.  We recommend that you have Ashley on your team next time you decide to buy or sell your home.

My wife and I moved here from California. As the saying goes, buyers are liars, not only were we not very familiar with the area but had many, sometimes conflicting ideas of what we wanted. Ashley helped us to refine our search parameters to find the amazing home we now own. It was a six month process, some of it online or by phone, but we never felt high pressure sales tactics or that Ashley's energy and commitment flagged.
