Ashley Richardson

Ashley Richardson's clients have described her as knowledgeable, hard-working, energetic, and honest. As a Realtor with Allen Tate for over 14 years, it is evident that Ashley is passionate about real estate and strives to always serve her clients with professionalism, efficiency, and respect.

A native of North Carolina and a resident of the Lake Norman area, Ashley serves the entire Charlotte area and is licensed in both NC and SC. With over $350 million in closed volume sales, she has worked with a variety of clients including first-time home buyers, local and national investors, and those in the luxury and waterfront markets. Ashley lives in Birkdale and loves serving her neighbors - selling over 125 homes in her neighborhood.

Throughout her career, Ashley has received several awards including "Rookie of the Year" for Allen Tate in 2010 and RealTrends Top 25 National Realtors in 2014, but the award she cherishes the most is The Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award.

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and is passionate about college sports and the Carolina Panthers. She also enjoys yoga, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
