Ashley Smith

Originally from Alexandria, VA, Ashley has loved calling Charlotte home since 1992. Here, she has raised her five children, creating strong ties to the city’s variety of schools, neighborhoods, and community concerns. A double ‘Hoo,’ Ashley graduated, with a BA, from the University of Virginia, and returned for her MBA from the Darden School of Business. Prior to relocating to Charlotte with Hearst Magazines as Circulation Director, she worked in publishing in Washington, D.C., and New York City, honing her communication and creative skills. She draws from her years of experience in corporate America to bring strong marketing and financial skills into each of her real estate transactions. She kicked off her first year in real estate as ‘Rookie of the Year’ and has continued to be a top performer.

A lifelong traveler, Ashley has lived in many cities along the East coast and abroad, and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, books and art, and long walks with her dog, Max. She is a former board member of Trinity Episcopal School and volunteers at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
