Hello, my name is Ashley Spear. I was born and raised in Central New Jersey. Prior to joining Keller Williams, I began my career working in Fashion Retail and have developed excellent relationships with my colleagues and clients. Living in New Jersey all of my life, I've become very familiar with all of the neighborhoods, schooling districts, popular shopping, dining areas, and various forms of transportation. After developing a huge passion for Real Estate and home decor, while also having a successful career in retail sales, I decided to take my selling strategies from the Beauty/Retail Industry to Real Estate.
