She is an excellent agent. I actually depended on her for many things. She was always there to respond to my questions. She is very helpful too - We had a different lender but he was charging me higher interest rate than the lender Ashley suggested, so we changed our lender and save some money.

Then again, our sellers didn't do the repairs that they agreed but later paid less than the amount what was needed to do the repairs, so Ashley actually paid the difference. I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't expect her to do that. I wholeheartedly recommend her for your real estate needs.
