About Ashlie
Ashlie Woods took over full ownership of Leonard Leonard & Associates with her husband Leif Johnson as partner in January 2016 after 17 plus years as a top producing sales agent and long time member of the LL&A team. Ashlie joined Leonard Leonard in 1998 when she was only 19! First as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager for then Broker/Owner Sonja Leonard Leonard and stayed, using that experience to make a seamless transition into a fulltime Broker Associate in 2001. Growing up in Denver has given Ashlie a broad knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods. Living and playing in the city’s oldest parks and gardens has given her a deep fondness and pride for Denver. She’s a sixth generation Denverite and her family has loved and lived in this city for over one hundred years. In fact, several houses are still standing where relatives of Ashlie’s lived as early as 1860 (yes, before Colorado was granted Statehood). Ashlie knows and loves the history, the people, the homes and the neighborhoods of Denver. She active as a member of both the Washington Park based Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado and as a firm supporter of neighborhood rights and historic preservation.
Ashlie thrives on connecting people with their dream homes. There is such immense pleasure in helping Sellers & Buyers meet all their needs and as many “wants” as possible. She also helps many Sellers with staging their homes to make them sell more quickly and for more money. When working with Buyers, Ashlie really listens to their needs and find them the ideal house and neighborhood. Her most important ability is a fantastic negotiation skill set. Clients will find that working with Ashlie, she is helpful and amiable, but in negotiations she is smart and aggressive. No one will work harder to negotiate and secure the deal.
