Ashton is a proud Fort Worthian, but her experience spans the state of Texas. Within residential buyer and seller representation, she has keen specializations in investment strategy, full-project design, and renovation. Having grown up on ranches and in the country, land and ranch real estate became a natural fit for Ashton early in her career. She has since become a knowledgeable expert on various types of specialized land and ranch aspects. In addition to being a licensed broker in Texas, Ashton is also a licensed broker in Colorado and licensed sales associate in Oklahoma.
As a multi-million-dollar producer, she has been featured on HGTV, named agent of the year, and received top real estate professional accolades by multiple outlets, including Fort Worth, Texas Magazine and 360 West. She is a certified negotiations expert, an accredited luxury home specialist, and holds her graduate realtor institute certification through the Texas Association of Realtors.
Equally as passionate about her community as she is her career, she has been involved with many charitable organizations including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, The Jordan Harris Society, Susan G. Komen, Roma Boots and DFW Lab Rescue.
Never one to turn down a good adventure, she competed on the Emmy award-winning show on CBS, The Amazing Race, and represented North Texas at Miss Texas USA. Ashton is an avid traveler, outdoorswoman and momma to two fur babies, Lucky (lab-pit mix) and Lacy (border collie).
