Asya Heckel

Asya Heckel always knew she had a passion for real estate. Even as a small child in Dallas, Texas she would attend open houses with her mom and always dreamed of decorating the houses they went to see. Every other week she would rearrange her furniture to create new space in her bedroom. Although she wasn’t sure she wanted to become a Realtor, she always knew she wanted to help people feel comfortable in their own space.

The passion persisted back in 2003 when she flipped her first condo! Her career in real estate has taken off, but before making the career choice to follow her “WHY”… she wore many hats. A stay-at-home mom, kickboxing and bootcamp instructor, North American transit sales representative and medical sales specialist were amongst the crowns she has worn.

“I would have to say my favorite part of the business is encouraging first time home buyers that they are ready to buy their first home and informing them about the process. I still get a warm fuzzy feeling when I get to hand over the keys! I also love finding those unbelievable deals for my investors. Whether you are a new investor flipping your first home, or seasoned investor buying your 20th rental property, we all love a great deal! I welcome the challenge of giving my clients exactly what they want no matter how far-fetched the idea. If there is a will, then there is a way and we are going to find it!” Creating relationships with my clients and being their trusted expert in a major lifetime event is something I enjoy! Whether representing those buying or selling, I know the process can be stressful and I pride myself on trying to make each transaction a great experience for all.

Although Asya provides services to investors in all 50 states and abroad, she specializes in assisting home buyers and sellers as the local expert in NE Ohio!
