It was amazing working with Athena. She was always on top of her game, very resourceful and proactive. Always responded quickly and made time to get stuff done on time. It took me only 5-6 weeks from when I approached her about buying a house to actually closing on one. Highly recommend!!

As a first-time homebuyer, I have benefitted from her info sessions, her wealth of knowledge, and her care and attention to my unique needs.

I can't recommend Athena highly enough! We were first time homebuyers in an absolutely insane market (May 2022). Athena went above and beyond to make sure we found a wonderful home. She was not only competent (well-informed, proactive, professional) but also took extra steps to stay in close touch with our lender, and the seller's realtor - even late at night. She advocated for us and was able to get our first offer accepted even though there were 3 others on the table higher than ours! She kept us up to date and taken care of during the closing process and everything went incredibly smoothly. Athena was an absolute angel to work with and I am so grateful that she was our realtor. If we are ever in the market again I know exactly who I will be turning to.

Athena was very helpful as first time homebuyers! She goes above and beyond with helping on every step of the way to getting a house. She was constantly updating on houses that were in our price range and that fit what we were looking for and was always very flexible on whenever we needed to view a home. Her response time to emails/texts is extremely quick, which was a huge help with how crazy the market has been. Once we found a home she had lots of recommendations for people to help us go through the buying process and help with potential repairs. She even put together a packet for my husband and I including a booklet for things to do in the city we moved into, helping our house we bought feel more like home.
Athena was amazing working with and made getting a house so easy and so much less stressful and I recommend her to anyone trying to buy a house.
