Audrey was of great help with our whole process. One of my biggest worries buying a house was not understanding some of the language associated with real estate and what to look out for when looking at a house. Audrey is also great with negotiating on your behalf while also being upfront with you about what is possible and not possible. Again, thank you for all your help Audrey. We’re loving our new home.

Audrey has the skills needed to negotiate on her clients behalf to close a real estate deal. She helped us with a recent home purchase in Sonoma County that was a bit complicated with multiple family members involved with the sellers. She stayed on top of the process and kept us informed along the way which made the process a lot less stressful.

Not all Realtors are the same! Choosing a professional who cares about your wants and needs along with your budget is essential to a successful real estate purchase. Full disclosure that she is my sister. However, I can't imagine another Realtor that would have done as good of a job for this transaction.

We are in the process of selling our home and Audrey is the buyer’s agent. We appreciate her clear communication, her enthusiasm, and very quick responses. We’re on our fourth home purchase and have sold two homes - we can’t say we really like agents in general and the first home we sold was beyond combative and we actually regret selling our beautiful first home to such awful people and an even worst agent. Audrey seems to care to make the transition and transaction smooth for all. We put so much care and work into our homes that we want whomever buys it to appreciate the value of it. Audrey has been a great advocate for her clients But her level headed personality really came through in this wild market.

It was in the early part of 2022, so the search took a few months and a few offers due to the craziness of the market; throughout the process Christy and Audrey were in regular communication and someone was always available to meet and see the places I wanted to put an offer in on. I greatly appreciated that before each offer they would gather as much info as possible, so that the right offer could be made, or in some cases the decision not to make an offer. No matter the decision, there was never any pressure to change my mind.

Audrey and Christy at the Real Estate Experts are fantastic agents and were a blast to work with. In this crazy market it was great to have someone as attentive and focused as these two. They were an amazing help at keeping our hunt organized and providing guidance on how best to use our time. They really went the extra mile in building offers to ensure we had the best chances with our bids. They take your wins and losses personally.

Audrey CQ was an amazing realtor and advisor throughout our home purchase process. My wife and I began looking for a new home in July 2021, Audrey was incredibly patient and kind throughout the search, giving her unburnished, expert opinion of the many homes we went to see, and teaching us a great deal about what to look for (and avoid!) in a home and about the home buying process in general.

When it came time to put offers in on homes - Audrey provided clear, strong advice about how to navigate the process, and was always there to ensure our questions were answered. Her expertise, instinct, and relationships got us in the door with a strong pre-emptive offer and allowed us to close on a wonderful home we love with a minimum of stress! If my wife and I transact in the Bay Area again, we will definitely be reaching out to Audrey!

Audrey is also great with negotiating on your behalf while also being upfront with you about what is possible and not possible. We started looking at houses with her in December 2020, took a break for a month to save more money then got back into looking and we were in escrow by early February 2021. Once in escrow Audrey really worked hard to help us acquire the house. We ran into a couple of bumps not created on our side but she navigated through them non the less and in the end we ended up with our house thanks to Audrey's hardwork.

Audrey Carlos-Quiggins is one of the best realtors that I know. I have seen her work miracles for clients and get their offers accepted immediately due to her reputation and her negotiating skills whereas they might have made an offer after offer with no results with a different realtor… she truly does care and look out for her clients and has a passion to helping people sell their home and move onto the next chapter or help people fight to get in for the first time. Audrey is super sweet, funny, charismatic, but she brings out the big guns when it comes time to negotiate and leaves all parties feeling like they won. A true professional and watching her work is where people realize that there are realtors that work, and then there are hard-working realtors - Audrey is one of the hardest working realtors that I know and she earns every referral she gets! I meet Audrey and her team by chance at an open house. After a brief conversation she jumped right in on finding the perfect property for my husband and I. She was honest and up front about what we could expect in our price range, and with her strategic offer strategies we were able to beat out an all-cash offer!
