From the very moment we met Audrey, she has been with us every step of the way! We are first time home owners, and Audrey guided us through the crazy process of buying a house in an insane market - we’re now in the home of our dreams!

We hit some snags with escrow, but Audrey was on top of it and ensured that we closed on time. We’re now in the process of doing renovations before we move in. Audrey immediately gave us some referrals for a handyman and general contractor - we ended up moving forward with the references and they have been amazing as well!! Audrey would not have recommended them to us if she wasn’t 100% sure of the quality of their work. Even now, a month after closing, she still checks in on us to make sure we’re enjoying the house and that renovations are moving along smoothly.

I worked with Audrey when purchasing my home last year during the pandemic. It's not easy buying real estate in San Diego, especially with the market conditions being the way they are. Audrey was an excellent guide throughout the process and took good care of me through each and every step. She found me some excellent properties that were not listed on Redfin and Zillow, worked within my price range, and was honest and upfront with me about what to expect with potential bidding wars.
