Audrey Moore

With 5 years of experience on the number one team in the state, Audrey learned an immeasurable and invaluable skill set that she is now bringing to the table for her clientele. While on her previous team, Audrey worked with clients and agents to help the team close an average of 150 homes each year. She gained valuable experience in areas such as relocation, rental homes, short term rentals, estates, and proxy transactions. Such specialized experience has enabled her to embark on her own real estate journey as a licensed agent. Throughout 2020 she has had the pleasure and opportunity to help her clients close thirteen homes, all of which earned her 5-star reviews from her clients. Audrey has enjoyed the opportunity to work one on one with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate dreams.

She is committed to giving the highest level of attention to everything she does, and in each transaction works hard to achieve a fair and satisfactory closure for all parties involved. Audrey’s goal in real estate has always been to facilitate that perfect matchmaking moment between buyer and seller. She strives to understand the needs and concerns of her clients and commits to using her knowledge and expertise to find the situation that fits them best. She understands that buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and she makes the satisfaction and comfort of her client during the entirety of the process her top priority. She understands her role as a guide and an advocate for her clients through a complex and oftentimes emotional process. She is always grateful to have the chance to be a part of someone’s story and help them take the next step in their journey.

In addition to being an excellent and dedicated agent Audrey is a loving mother to three young children. She was born in Oregon but spent her childhood in rural Alaska before returning and settling in central Oregon with her family. She attended high school in central Oregon and was valedictorian of her graduating class. She started her further education at the University of Oregon, but later met the love of her life and moved to Portland to begin building their life together there.

Audrey has lived in the Portland metro area for over 12 years now and has become familiar with the many different areas in and out of city limits. She currently resides in a 1990’s home in Clackamas that she is slowly renovating and raising her tribe in. Her family loves being a part of the welcoming community in Clackamas and getting to experience the joy of life in the Pacific Northwest. Her first home was a 1930’s bungalow in NE Portland, which has since become her first rental, and has been an excellent way to produce income and bless her family. Renovating that home from the ground up with all new exterior and interior was an incredible learning process that taught her so much and enhanced her love for old homes. Audrey dreams to one day own a beach home where she can adventure with her family, play, and have her first short term rental property.

Outside of the office, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family. She loves to do projects around the home and has a flair for decor and design that makes her home cheerful and welcoming. Audrey enjoys trips with her family to restful and isolated areas around Oregon and Washington where they can continue to explore all that the PNW has to offer. With her friends and family, she loves playing board games with a hot cup of tea, or reading a book wrapped in a cozy blanket by a warm fireplace.
