Audrey is nothing short of incredible.

Audrey is overflowing with expertise, kindness, and patience. She has the heart of a teacher and will effortlessly guide you through the home buying process.

We met Audrey through a friend and have since referred her to our friends who have loved her as well.

I don't recommend people lightly, but it's so easy with Audrey. We never felt pressured to buy a home, and always knew that she had our best interest at heart.

Audrey's recommendations for lenders, home inspectors, and home insurance have all been incredible. I always comparison shop, and Audrey's recommendations without a doubt, each time had extremely competitive rates and the highest quality of service.

Ultimately, Audrey found the home that we ended up buying and helped us negotiate the home below listing price. We already have some equity built in after the home appraised over our purchase price!

I believe these results speak for themselves, especially in this kind of a market.

Audrey started out as our realtor, but now we really consider her more like family.

As a result of her thoughtful approach combined with her wisdom/expertise in her industry, she has cultivated relationships with some of the best contractors in the city. She is our first "go to" for advice when we make decisions about our home. One of the outcomes has been the best kitchen remodel experience ever (and no one ever makes that statement). I honestly can't say enough good things about Audrey. She was patient while my wife and I looked at dozens of houses, she gave us great advice, and she has kept in touch with us since moving in to make sure we are getting settled, work with us on finding contractors, and sometimes just check in to see if we need anything. It's cliche to say, but it feels like she treats you the same way she would treat a family member or good friend. like I said at the beginning, I really can't say enough good things about her, so I'll just say that she's everything you could ever want in a realtor and more!

Audrey is highly professional, responsive, detail oriented and took the time to carefully listen to us and understand our wants and needs as a buyer.

She helped us quickly navigate a new market as we were moving from out of state and find the right house and location for us. She was not afraid to point out both the positives and negatives of each property. She is an expert in the Driftwood area with a wealth of information.

Audrey helped my husband and I sell our 2 properties during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, and that was no easy feat. She kept us apprised of potential buyers likes and dislikes in order for us to respond accordingly. She even came out 2 years prior to look at the property to advise us of potential updates, if they were needed. We were able to close on both properties within the timeframe that we had set prior to the pandemic. Audrey arranged to have all closing papers sent electronically as my husband and I had moved cross -country by the time the contracts were signed. We highly recommend Audrey for helping you through the buying/selling process.

Audrey Pudder is an absolutely outstanding realtor. She provided excellent guidance and support throughout the entire process of selling my home. Initially she came to my home and discussed several ideas for updates to my house so that I could obtain maximum dollar for the house. I followed her advice and changed a few cosmetic aspects of the home. In addition, she had a stager come to the home and when they were done my house looked straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog. The house sold in 3 weeks over the slow holiday season and for significantly more than the appraised value.

Audrey also did a number of things to help support me through the process of selling the home. She ordered a DVD for my children to help them adjust to the process of moving. In addition, she was highly knowledgeable about Austin Real Estate and my area specifically. She was very responsive to my calls and questions, gave me a lot of helpful advice about showing my home well, and always went the extra step to make my home look beautiful.

In short, Audrey is simply a delightful woman and a pleasure to work with. She’s highly knowledgeable and a savvy real estate agent who will help you make wise personal and business decisions. I recommend her to all my friends who are buying or selling homes.

Late last year she masterfully orchestrated the location, negotiation, and purchase of our beautiful home in Austin. More recently, we closed escrow on four income properties, a process far more arduous than we had anticipated. Through it all, Audrey remained a strong advocate and knowledgeable advisor at every step, from start to finish. She also went “that extra mile” (after closing) by making all of the arrangements to professionally stage and photograph the properties for rental marketing. My husband and I had Audrey as our real estate agent for the last 6 months or so. During this time she took the time to show us the different houses that would become available in the neighborhood we were looking into. She was patient with us in our search, and exceedingly honest about the homes we looked at. More recently we saw a house we completely loved, that required multiple offers. Audrey helped us immensely in this situation and we ended up closing on the house that we will call our home for years to come.
