I've worked with Aundrea on several occasions. She has a wealth of local knowledge, particularly for the North Dallas and Plano areas. Her knowledge is crucial in assuring her clients, both buying and selling, get exactly what they want. She is a tireless worker who is always available to assist her clients. Aundrea's combination of knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern for her clients makes her an ideal realtor.

I moved to Dallas last year. When it came time to buy a house this summer it quickly became evident how little I knew about real estate in the area. I was in need of an expert and was extremely fortunate to get an introduction to Aundrea. She was awesome with me and my family from the start. She was warm and welcoming to us, super knowledgable on the market and a pit bull when it comes to negotiation. What a mix. Not only did Aundrea help us find the perfect home but we had some issues after closing (not of her making) that she helped us through. She could have closed and moved on but instead she really cared about us and helped guide us through solutions. I couldn't recommend anyone with more enthusiasm than I can with Aundrea. Yes you should hire her and pat yourself on the back later for a good decision.

Aundrea assisted us in finding a home when we relocated to the Dallas area from Memphis, TN. I can't say enough for the personal attention she gave us. From the first time we spoke she worked to understand what was important to my family so we could start our search in the appropriate area befitting our needs. We were instantly linked to her assistant and a portal where we could keep track of the market from Memphis. We made two trips to Texas where Aundrea devoted 100% of her time to us. There was not a minute where I did not feel like she did not sincerely care about finding us the perfect home for us. She truly cares for her clients and knows the market well enough to work with any needs. Not only did we expand our search to other cities, we demanded a lot of her time; her goal to dig for our ideal home remained the same consistently. We actually found a home online after returning to Memphis and I trusted Aundrea enough to place her stamp of approval on it and gives us the thumbs up. We purchased a home in one of the first communities she took us to on our initial trip to Texas! She worked hard with the other realtor to negotiate our contract and went above and beyond throughout the closing process. She is able to recommend excellent individuals to work with throughout the process. I completely recommend Aundrea Whalen; we will never work with anyone else as long as we remain in Texas!
