Austin Bengford

Austin is an Advisor on the Johnson/Piretti Team at NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Prior to joining the Johnson/Piretti team in March of 2021, Austin worked as an Associate Appraiser for two years at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in the valuation of multifamily assets located throughout Colorado.

Austin specializes in investment sales of multifamily assets in the Central Denver neighborhoods including Capitol Hill, Uptown, Congress Park and Washington Park. As a Colorado native, Austin has a comprehensive understanding of the Denver market and utilizes his knowledge to provide the highest level of service to his clients.

Prior to working in commercial real estate, Austin earned in his degree in Business Administration at Colorado State University, majoring in Finance and Real Estate.
