Austin recently helped us buy a small house in Yuma to help our son have a good place to live during his time in the Marines. After finding a property that met our criteria, Austin successfully guided our purchase through a difficult seller's market, giving us the advice we needed to submit the winning bid in the face of several competitive offers. When a deficiency was discovered in the house, he was able to get a reduction in our purchase price to help offset the unexpected repairs we faced. He also recommended a good contractor to help us make the improvements we wanted to make. In a difficult market, we were very pleased with the outcome of our association with him and would certainly recommend him for your realtor needs.

he always answers his phone no matter the time which is something i really appreciated, it’s hard to get ahold of anyone these days and i did feel he genuinely cared about our family.
