Austin Hale

Austin Hale is a true local of Mt. Washington Valley, he was born at Memorial Hospital in North Conway in 1995 and has always called the White Mountains his home. He was raised in Conway and attended Kennett High School, to which he can attribute many of his community connections. After high school, he spent four years on the other side of the White Mountains at Plymouth State University, where he received a BS in Business Administration.

Though he started his real estate career in 2018, his knowledge of the industry began long before that. His mother, Jeana Hale-Dewitt, has practiced real estate for nearly 25 years and as a young child, he spent many days traveling to showings and meeting her clients. Also, during his time at Plymouth State, he helped to manage student housing for a private company that taught him so much about leasing, management, and most importantly PATIENCE.

As a REALTOR®, Austin has found success in both residential and commercial sales in his young career. He has always found that he's been drawn to the commercial sector because of his business background, he enjoys analyzing businesses and connecting with professionals to learn about their respective industries. But that has never pulled him away from the residential world, where nearly 70% of his business is still focused. There is simply nothing more satisfying than handing over keys to a new ski condo or first home to a buyer. The excitement and joy of a new chapter for his clients have always resonated with him.

Outside of selling real estate, Austin is an avid downhill skier and golfer. He's been a member of North Conway Country Club for nearly 10 years and frequents Wildcat Mountain in the winter. He loves sharing these passions with his clients and has found that business is often conducted on a chairlift or the tee box! He's also very proud to have summited each of the 48 4000-foot peaks in New Hampshire twice over. He volunteers much of his time to the White Mountain Board of REALTORS® and will serve as its President in 2024.
