Austin and his team helped my fiancée and I buy our first home. We were very green to the process and Austin made sure to walk us through every step of the way and to answer any questions we had. Austin was able to get the sellers to accept our offer before the stated offer review window even though there were multiple other offers. He was even able to negotiate money back as a sellers credit. Austin and his team always worked around our schedule to meet us for inspection, walkthroughs, and closing. My fiancée and I do not think we would have gotten our house with the way the market is, if we had not gone with Austin and his team at Eden properties. We cannot say enough good things about them. You will not regret using them as your go to realty team
