Real estate is in Austin Lyon’s blood. Growing up, his grandma was a huge inspiration for him as a top producing agent in Western Oregon. She instilled a sense of drive, passion, empathy, and trust in Austin that has stuck with him over the years. He is licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and love doing business on both sides of the river.
His background is in new home construction and sales where he has worked as a builder rep for both national and local builders in the North, West, and East Metro as well as Western Wisconsin. He truly loves the new home construction process and fell in love with that “new home smell.” From picking out your homesite and drafting plans to doing frame and final walk throughs he is head over heels. He has personally purchased a new home from a builder and understand the stress that can come up in the journey. His goal as your agent is to alleviate as much of that stress from as possible by advocating and being a sounding board for you. When he’s not driving all over the metro, you can find him with his husband and two sheepadoodles in the Eastern burbs of The Cities, moments away from historic Stillwater and the St. Croix. They both transplanted to The Cities about 5 years ago where they had our start in our cute little half-story home in NE Minneapolis and recently purchased a new home in Lake Elmo, MN. They are currently in the process to adopt our first child and they couldn’t be more excited to raise them in this area.
