I could not have asked for a better realtor. Austin worked day in and day out to get showings set up, always gave us advice, and worked with our loan officer to make sure what we looked at was in our budget. This is the first home we have purchased and Austin always had information to provide us that made it easier. Also, his knowledge on the market was always super up to date and that was beneficial considering how important rates are. We are thrilled about our purchase and could not be happier to have Austin as our realtor.

Thankful for Austin and his northern VA expertise. We are out of town and trying to find a place for our family before the next school year with busy teenage lives happening was a daunting task! With Austin, we were set up with an MLS rental listing that updated each time a new rental in our location within our price point popped on the market…he always responded, usually within a few minutes, answering our multiple questions, and was flexible - videoing multiple potential properties for us - enabling us to remain in our busy schedules! From the very outset of our process to buy a home Austin was very responsive and professional. His ability to explain the current market and very thorough in explaining what are the next steps, made the entire experience excellent. We just felt that Austin always had are back when coming up against the sellers’ requests, and there was never a time that we were left unsure or confused. He has a great way of completely explaining all of the potential hurdles and providing suggested solutions.
We wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for future property sales or investments.
