Avi Kaufman helped me and my then-fiance buy a condo in Arlington in 2008. He was a wonderful coach and cheerleader, and with his help we found a place to start our family. We had never bought a house before, so Avi started off by asking what we were looking for. He told us about the process of buying a house, and he gave us details about the local housing market. We discussed places to look and he helped us when we went to open houses. He counseled us as we made several unsuccessful offers, then acted quickly when the opportunity arose to get us our home. Avi had the experience to inform our decision and illuminate a process which, for us as with most people, is rare and obscure. Avi was reassuring and comforting, confident on our behalf, and we are very grateful for his guidance.

I worked with Avi Kaufman when buying my home in Holden in 2005. My buying process was challenging because the seller (represented by a different realty firm) made some off-the-wall demands and then made dishonest moves as the process came to a close. Avi stuck by me the entire time, and worked extremely hard to resolve each issue. I couldn't have made it through without him. I love my house and I'm so grateful for Avi's work and dedication to make it a reality.
