I wouldn't consider using another realtor after my experience with Axay. He was the best! He worked diligently to find the perfect house in the price range we wanted. He was very quick to respond to all questions (there were a lot). We were looking when it was a real sellers market but he stayed with us until we found a house that wasn't over priced. If you're looking for a realtor I can't recommend Axay highly enough. You'll thank me later.
