Aynsley Catalano

Aynsley Catalano has been involved in the real estate appraisal profession for over twelve years, beginning in 1992. He has provided valuation services on all major types of real estate including multi-family apartments, office, retail, industrial, and residential sub-division and condominium development projects. Specialized appraisal experience includes affordable housing properties, condominium development/conversion, and automobile dealerships. Notable assignments include the recent appraisal of a 30 property east-coast portfolio. Prior to forming Catalano Associates, Mr. Catalano was a managing member of another reputable regional appraisal and consulting firm, Boggini Realty Advisors.
