Baba is an amazing agent. He guided us through the process, made it very easy for us in a tough market that was highly competitive. He’s very patient and you can see that he genuinely wants the best for you. He always made time for us to look at houses and was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for in a house. We got outbid a few times with cash offers above asking (which were demoralizing) but he provided encouragement which helped us to keep pushing ahead. Eventually found a place we liked and his negotiating skills are impeccable, got us a great deal and we are very happy with our purchase. In summary, Baba is a professional, courteous, patient and fun loving person. Highly recommended, I will definitely work with him again for future real estate transactions.
