Bailey Martinez

Bailey Martinez joined FRES upon graduation from Stanford University, where she earned her B.A. in International Relations, B.A. in Chinese, and most recently, her M.A. in East Asian Studies.


Bailey attended a study abroad program at China’s most elite college, Beijing University. While living overseas, she became proficient in Mandarin and enraptured by Chinese culture. Her undergraduate coursework explored the intersection of national security and technology, while her postgraduate research focused on contemporary Chinese business and politics. Bailey’s academic and professional passions converged with the completion of her master’s thesis, which investigated Chinese immigrants’ investment in Bay Area residential real estate.


Bailey provides sharp analytics when viewing the financial aspects of the real property and brings a fresh look at marketing, utilizing digital and social media to promote each listing. Bailey provides FRES with punctilious attention to marketing campaigns for emerging markets and search engine optimization. Bailey implements both traditional, digital and creative advertising campaigns for each property to maximize exposure to the market.
