We cannot recommend Bailey enough! As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were totally lost on the “how-tos” of buying a home. Especially in the heat of the housing market during 2022! To put it simply, there is no way we could have purchased our home without Bailey. She made the entire process seamless, and more importantly stress-less, for us and everyone else involved. It was such a relief to know that we had Bailey in our corner - advocating for our wants/needs and making sure everything was getting done on time and correctly. She was always available via text or email and even stayed up until 11pm one night writing our contract (and double/triple checking it for us) and figuring out what kind of wiring was in this “century home”. And you know what? Bailey’s hard work paid off and we were able to purchase our very first home with her because she stayed up so late helping us. She did not rest until our dream was fulfilled. Her wisdom and insight was monumental throughout the process and we recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home. Not only that, but Bailey is a good person who operates as a good person should. She is faithful, kind, direct, and HONEST! She looks at the fine print and makes sure you aren’t getting yourself into something you shouldn’t. She has a passion for truly helping her clients and you will be hard pressed to find anyone that even comes close to her caliber as a realtor. Bailey - you're the best there is! I’ve done multiple deals with Bailey. My personal home and several investment properties. At this point,
Bailey has given me good news, bad news, unsure news, really bad news, and absolutely fantastic news, in no particular order. She’s also had to deal with all the emotions that come along with said news. At no point has she wavered from being anything but honest, direct, understanding, and professional. She’s said exactly what needs to be said (even when it’s hard to say) and brought forth nothing but solutions. Also, follow up and details matter. Bailey follows up: Every. Dang. Time. She also pays attention. She reads your contracts. She knows exactly what you’re signing your name to. Lastly, she’s just a good person that operates in good faith.
