Baker Wilkins

Baker is the President and Broker in Charge of NAI Carolina Charter. He is recognized as one of the top commercial real estate agents in the Hilton Head, Bluffton and the surrounding area. With his market knowledge and attention to detail, he has successfully brokered the commercial real estate needs of many local and national companies who operate, relocate and expand to our area.

Baker is a lifelong resident of Hilton Head Island. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1994, he began his career at Kinghorn Insurance in the commercial property and casualty division. In 1999, Baker joined Charter I Commercial and has developed an extensive network of long-term business relationships. Baker represents the majority of the large local service companies. He has brokered many of the transactions for the major retail developments, healthcare, distribution facilities, professional office and financial institutions located in Beaufort and Jasper counties.
