If you are looking for a Superstar realtor, Balinda is the ONE.
She is an amazing partner and a great listener, understanding all nuances of what her buyer is looking for. Balinda is an amazing researcher as well and will quickly respond to the desired outcome, even in markets where inventory is very low. She regularly sent us select homes, very closely matching the criteria we specified. Balinda is more than responsive. Almost miraculously, she responded to any question within a few hours and was able to schedule showing appointments instantaneously. In a challenging market like the one we experienced last year, response time made all the difference. She was there for us weekdays, during weekends and most times on very short notice.

Balinda’s most impressive quality is her ability to partner with her buyers. She is like a benevolent family member, completely on your side and wants the best outcome for you. In other words, she is the best advocate you can find. Our search took a very long time, due to the difficult market and our particular desires in the design of our home. Balinda was more than patient and not once attempted to push us to close on a sale. In fact, if we didn’t notice something related to the condition of the property or other aspects of the deal, not in our advantage, she would call it to our attention.

Finally, Balinda is also very knowledgeable and resourceful. She has a great network of every property management professional you may need for your home maintenance, repair, advice, etc….and when it comes to the sales contract, she is an expert.
We would strongly recommend Balinda. Not only is she an amazing realtor, but most importantly, she is a great human being with real values of integrity and transparency. Balinda is a “hall of famer” and we were lucky to have her as our realtor.

Highly recommended. Balinda is amazing! She helped us buy our very first house and later when we needed to move out of the area, she also assisted us to sell the house. She is not one of those realtors that only want to make their commission NOW, disregard listening to the clients' needs, and keep convincing the client to buy a house when the house may not be a good fit for the clients. She is the kind of person who will take the extra mile making sure that all her clients' needs are met. Balinda is someone who is sincere and empathetic: she wants the best for her clients and she strives to make sure that what her clients expect will happen. One of the examples we experienced was when we were in the process of purchasing a house but we still had some concerns after viewing the house, Balinda was willing to spend extra time to schedule another viewing, though she could have declined our request. During the walk through, she pointed out the pros and cons of the house. Another example was when we were in the process of selling our house, she made multiples trips and spent extra time in the house monitoring the repair work. With her eagle eyes, she was able to catch quite a few flaws and issues. The problems were immediately fixed and we did not have to spend more time and money to fix those problems. We are so glad to have Balinda assisting us purchasing and selling the house!
