I have known Banny for many years, and when I heard that he was pursuing a career in real estate, I knew that he would be best the person to work with. Banny Lim has always been an optimistic, intelligent, devoted, and creative person with deep expertise in his crafts and a calm resilience. Also, being the strong communicator that he is, I knew that we could be frank with each other and easily get on the same page with whatever I was looking for. With that being said, Banny still managed to exceed my expectations by constantly adapting to my schedule and having an excessive knowledge on the real estate in Houston. Banny basically answered all of my questions before I had to ask him, he was always polite, and always demonstrated his attention to detail by delivering plans and suggestions based upon my needs. If anyone wants an agent that will make time for them, be proactive, adaptable, and that will listen to you and achieve results with your best interests in mind, go with Banny Lim. You will not be disappointed.

Banny was extremely helpful with our home buying process. He was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner, and made himself available to us whenever we needed him. He seemed very knowledgable of his craft, and really understood our needs and wants. He makes you feel like he really cares about his clients and develops a great relationship with them.
