Barb is an awesome person and an awesome realtor. I have bought and sold a few homes but never have I had a realtor who is kind, caring, and efficient as her. If I had questions, and I had many, she was right there with the answer. I swore she had a phone attached to her because her responses were almost immediate. I moved to fort myers from old orchard beach maine and I couldn’t have done it without Barb. If your buying or selling a home you need Barb as your realtor, why? Because she is the BEST.

Barb did a great job as our realtor for the purchase of our Punta Gorda house. She contacted the sellers on numerous instances to correct issues that would have delayed the closing. She was in close contact with all of the parties making sure that everyone was on time and getting things done correctly. She did this with a smile on evenings and weekends too. Barb went above and beyond in selling my house. Unfortunately my renter left it in shambles and I live out of state. With my permission Barb cleared out the house dragged all garbage & ratty furniture to curb, engaged a storage unit for “keepsakes “ & numerous other projects that needed to clear the house. Remarkably the house sold within a week & we are now closed 👏

We purchased a home in Fort Myers recently and Barb came HIGHLY recommended. Not only is she extremely professional, she is VERY knowledgeable and an expertise in her field. We hadn't purchased a home in years and knew nothing about real estate in Florida. She discussed every detail in great length with us, sending e-mails and correspondence to make sure our part was done in a timely manner. When we had questions, she was there to answer.
