Barb Volz

I am a native of Colorado. Grew up in Broomfield, CO, near Boulder and have lived in Washington Park for years. I've been involved real estate industry for over 20+ years starting as an investor. I decided to get my license to help other find the home of their future in 2005. I love helping 1st time home buyers, to families finding their forever homes, to seniors finding a community, investors and buyers of all interests. I also help sellers move onto their next adventure and negotiate to get the best price for their current home. Since becoming a licensed agent, I have found pure joy in making forever friendships with my clients. I have many connections along the front range and am open to any areas of interest. I learn so much from spending time with my clients and enjoy every minute.

My husband, Kevin and bonus daughter Gillian and our love, Charlie, the black lab are the JOY of my life!!!
