I just happened to run into Barb when she was doing an open house for another agent. She pursued me even thought I was not seriously looking for a new home. Then she found a home I fell in love with. Problem was I needed to sell my home . Barb then made it her goal to sell my existing home. We were at team with a goal. I never , I mean never felt she was in it just for the money. She went above and beyond several times. I know this might seem like a cliche but it is the genuine truth.

Barb is less like a realtor, and more like a really great friend who helps you find a home. We met her at an open house, and she stuck with us for nearly a year helping us see homes and figure out what we wanted. She helped us negotiate and always advised us of all our options. Barb was patient with us when we were all over the board with what we wanted. She took us to see numerous houses and helped us find the one that we love in a fantastic neighborhood, all while keeping us both informed throughout.

When we were settled, Barb then helped us sell our other home on a land contract. Barb made us both feel comfortable and accommodated us whenever we reached out to her. She has a very calm demeanor, all while having the assertiveness needed in a great agent. We never felt like a number with Barb. Instead, we seriously felt like her top priority.

Not happy with your current agent? I know how you feel. We had to dump two before we got to Barb. This process is too important to deal with a mediocre agent!
