Barbara Blakeley

All these words form the integral core of Barbara Blakeley. What they do not tell is how much fun she is to work with, whether buying or selling your home. Barbara is a spitfire with an unmatched ability to “get things done.” Having come from a large and loving family, Barbara learned quickly that it takes flexibility, adaptability, and tenacity to flourish in a high-paced environment.

Barbara graduated from Utah State University with a BS in Communicative Disorders and believes strongly in continued education, community involvement, and personal growth. Barbara has lived in various regions of the Midwest, and attended high school in Wiesbaden, Germany. For the last 20 years she has made her home in San Diego.

Barbara has designations as a Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE) which makes her uniquely qualified to help people “Short” sell their homes, and VAPro, which provides added expertise in helping veterans use their VA eligibility to purchase property. She also holds a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) credential to benefit both buyers and sellers she works with. Barbara is a past member of the Agent Leadership Council for the Luxury Division at Keller Williams Realty and is on the leadership team of her chapter of Business Network, Int’l. She is also involved in BIA Toastmasters, Landmark Education, and GEMS.

Currently residing in Del Cerro, Barbara is enjoying all that San Diego has to offer. She enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, and entertaining, including cooking, and sharing fine wine with friends and family. An avid skier and novice sailor, Barbara lives an active and fun lifestyle. With more than 18 years of real estate experience, her focus is to empower people in their individual real estate goals and provide exemplary service with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
