Barbara Carlson

Barbara Carlson is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, The Delaware Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and holds the CRS, RSPS, SRES, RENE and e-PRO designations. She is also active in the community as she is a member of the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce and is on the Beach to Bay Cottage Tour Committee that raises money to support our community's exceptional South Coastal Library. Barbara, licensed in both Delaware and Maryland since 2003, specializes in listings and sales in Delaware and Maryland resort area. Originally from Pennsylvania, Carlson graduated from The Pennsylvania School of the Arts and did a foreign exchange with Parsons School of Design in Paris, France. After a successful Advertising career in the Washington DC area and New York City - which took her to the United Kingdom in London in 2000 as her company's global link - Carlson moved to the Bethany resort in 2003 and started her real estate career.
