My house sold in Stafford, VA. Barbara did an AMAZING job from start to finish of selling my home. She explained the full process, including things she recommended I change in the home for more visibility. She was very responsive in answering all questions I asked. She definitely had my best interest throughout the process, and the selling my house went smoothly from the showings, and paperwork. I would absolutely use her services again!! I highly recommend her!! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is the best realtor!!!

What a time to be alive! Seriously, what a time to be alive! This year has been nothing short of a whirlwind! Now with all that being said try building and selling a home. It could have been a nightmare but it wasn’t thanks to the “Awesome” Barbara Green! What can’t I say about her professionalism, punctuality, availability and so much more! She was the glue that literally held my family together during this time. She never panicked about being able to sell my home. I did time and time again. She literally had to talk me down the ledge and assured me to “trust” the process. And she was right. My house was sold during this pandemic for above asking price! An “Awesome” realtor! I have already referred her to someone else and I will continue to do so in the future.
