With extensive experience in construction and design, Barbara has successfully managed a renovation company in England, completing numerous projects. After moving to the United States 30 years ago, she temporarily set aside her passion for construction to adapt to a new environment with her husband and two young children. During this time, Barbara redirected her energy towards the Healthcare industry, where she excelled in office management. Her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask allowed her to effectively coordinate patients and highly skilled healthcare professionals. This valuable experience led her to manage offices in various industries, further enhancing her expertise in HR and office management.

Now, at Nelson Construction and Renovations, Barbara has reignited her love for the construction industry and combines it with her office management skills. In addition to handling phone calls and reception duties, she plays a crucial role in establishing the company by recruiting, training, and assigning personnel.
