After trying to sell our home "by owner" with no success, we called Barbara. She had reached out to us offering her expertise at a very reasonable rate. We met and knew she was the one for us. By now it was winter...she reassured us that with expert photos, correct marketing and showings it would sell! She was absolutely right! She is a true pro with much experience. I've already passed her name on to several friends! (and she sold one of their houses in a week...and helped them buy their new house!) Barbara recently sold my house and I could not be happier with her professionalism, service, and knowledge. I originally listed FSBO and was inundated by agents. Her text caught my eye by being gently inquisitive and she offered a 1.5% seller's fee. Being weary of "you get what you pay for", I researched her selling history online. I was impressed and signed with her. So glad I did. I've sold homes before with full commission agents and feel I received better service from her for a better price.
