This was my first time buying a home. I had no clue how the process was going to be or what to expect. My realtor was Barbara Lebrecht. She was absolutely AMAZING!! Alot I didn't understand, and she was so patient with me and took her time answering all my questions until I was comfortable in knowing what was the next step, and what I needed to do in every step of the process. She goes above and beyond in every aspect and any bump in the road that popped up she handled it ASAP and was able to resolve anything that came her way. I would highly recommend Barbara to anyone buying a home. You will not be disappointed and she will get the job done!

She went above and beyond, teaching us about all steps in the home buying process, and had a great eye for important details in the houses we toured. My wife and I were more than pleased using Barbara as our Realtor. This was our first home purchase and we were a little apprehensive about the whole process, but Barb quickly eased our anxiety. Once we started working with her we were very impressed with her knowledge and she made sure we were well taken care of as her clients. Here are some of the things that stood out the most to us:
-She communicates very well. Barb is easy to get a hold of and she returned our calls/emails/texts very quickly. This was very important to us because we had plenty of questions throughout the process, but she was always there to help us out and provide an answer.
-Her knowledge about the home buying process. She explained every real estate form we came across and told us exactly what it meant. This was so helpful when you are looking at pages and pages of forms. She even put together a calendar for us to show what steps were next in the process. That was very helpful.
-She knows the area well and is not afraid to say when she thinks a property is priced too high. We would check out a house that looked “nice and shiny” and she’d insist that even though it looked great, it wasn’t priced right for that neighborhood. We would check on those listings a few weeks or a month later and lo and behold those properties were either still on the market or had greatly reduced their listing prices. Her ability to gauge prices in different neighborhoods really impressed us.
-She also offered valuable insight about certain homes we viewed, like pointing out things that were common in “quick flips” (e.g. - using a coat of paint to possibly conceal larger problem with the house or foundation). This really opened up our eyes and made us so glad she was on our side.
-She’s very patient. We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the whole process. We probably looked at 20 properties in a few different areas and not once did we feel like we weren’t her top priority. That was a good feeling.
-Her negotiation skills helped us with the closing costs.
-She’s a Golden 1 Preferred Realtor.
-She has a great personality and is just fun to be around! We really enjoyed every interaction we had with Barb.
Obviously we have nothing negative to say about working with Barbara. She was there for us 100% throughout the process and we would certainly recommend her to others.

Barb Lebrecht is amazing! I have worked with her on a few deals now and whether it is a complicated short sale or a traditional sale on your family's dream house she is the lady to get the job done! She is incredibly organized, works with the best inspectors and just overall knows how to make the process as easy as possible for you whether you be the buyer or the seller! My family loves her and we will never use another agent ever again. I cannot recommend Barb enough!

I have worked with Barbara for many years. She has helped me sell property and purchase. She has always been honest and up front with me. I never had to worry about trying to get a hold of her, she was always available. I've never doubted her for a second. I would never use another realtor to purchase or sell in California. I have moved out of the state and miss her greatly. I have never met another realtor like her. Thank you Barbara for everything you've done for me over the years and helped calm me down in hard times. I will truly miss you
