About Barbara

Arizona first captured Barbara Miller when she moved from Wisconsin to attend the University of Arizona /Tucson on a Rodeo Scholarship…yes, there are rodeo scholarships. As an equestrian, the lifestyle of Arizona was so compelling that she stayed after graduation. While teaching at the high school level was Barbara’s first career: horses were her first love.

After winning many State and National titles in high school, college, and professional rodeo, choosing to develop horse friendly properties was natural. Barbara and husband, John Miller, PRCA World Champion Team Roper, have constructed many of these equestrian facilities.

Starting with finding the land to development and construction, she has accomplished it all.

For 30 years, Barbara’s ability to see and create value in a broad range of real estate opportunities has been one of her strong points. She loves collaborating with people that share the same passion for animals and the love of our beautiful Sonora Desert.
