Tiger’s decision to join the military was a spontaneous one. When she was young, 19 or 20, she was working at a fitness center. It was an okay job but certainly not a permanent career path. Every day as she biked to the gym where she worked, she would pass a military recruitment center. Until one day, Tiger didn't pass it. She stopped and went inside.

There was an office for the Army, Navy, and Air Force all right next to each other, and at that moment, she chose the Air Force. That became Tiger’s life for the next 27 years, and she does not regret it. It was exactly what she wanted, a challenge.

Tiger’s decision to go into business with John was another happy choice. They are a good balance for each other. He has an amazing amount of compassion that only makes the business stronger. Their company is built on recognizing the importance of being kind, and they would like to bring that message to as many people as possible.
