And we think this is a great place to live! I became a Realtor in 1994 and have been a full-time agent since then. I've seen many changes in the market both in the East and in the Las Vegas Valley: steady growth, a crazy boom then short sales and foreclosures. Now, Las Vegas has steadier, calmer growth! Over the years, I've worked with many clients, both buyers and sellers who are planning either local or long-distance moves, including military transfers. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a Vice President with a major international bank and a Director with a direct marketing company.
