Barbara moved to Sun City in 2015 and quickly grew her business. In 2018 her business increased by 200% and in doing so she has ranked in the top five selling Realtors in all of Sun City for resales each year. So much of her success has come from past client referrals and her neighbors here in Sun City. She is consistently ranked in the top five sales agents in Sun City. Barbara works out of the CENTURY 21 Diamond Realty Sun City Office. Barbara became a licensed full-time REALTOR in 1998 in Ohio building a highly successful real estate business. She is passionate about real estate and works very diligently and always works in her client's best interest. She takes her responsibility as a REALTOR very seriously. Barbara feels buying or selling a home is the single most important financial transaction most people ever make in their lifetime, and it should be handled with care. Barbara brings over 23 years of experience and knowledge to each transaction. She has sold over 400 homes equaling over $100 million in sales. She believes that she is not ONLY here to list and sell homes but to provide clients with the highest quality real estate service. For 2020 & 2021, Barbara was awarded the CENTURY 21 Masters Ruby Producer and the not easily acquired 2020 CENTURY 21 Quality Service Producer Award. This award is given only to those who receive consistent excellent ratings from their clients. In August of 2019 Barbara received her SRES Designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist. This has provided her with additional training and knowledge to help those over 55 years and older move through the process of buying and selling their retirement home and onto independent or assisted living. In addition, Barbara received her ASP Stager Designation in 2017 which offers her sellers the opportunity to present their home for sale in the best possible light and provide her buyers with great tips. Barbara loves living, playing, and selling the lifestyle Sun City, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island has to offer. She says moving to Sun City Hilton Head was a great decision! Prior to 1998, Barbara worked in the medical field for many years. As an adult, she has resided in Ohio, Texas, and Florida. After leaving Miami, FL in 1996 she moved back to her hometown of Hudson, Ohio where she lived and raised her two daughters prior to moving to Sun City six years ago. Barbara's family immigrated to the United States from Liverpool, England in 1962.
