Barbara Schmal

Barbara has had a love for real estate all her adult life. Her father built homes and she was always helping him, so she decided to obtain her real estate license and help people to obtain their dream home. She decided to become a realtor for Indiana and Illinois and collaborated with a company named McColly Better Homes and Gardens from 1990-1998. She had great mentors and learned a lot about the real estate market for existing homes and new construction.

Barbara moved to Florida in 1998 and started to rehab homes in the Clearwater area. She enjoyed taking tired sad homes and making them come alive once again. When she completed a house, she needed to find a family to make the house a home. So, she went back to real estate state school to get my Florida Real Estate License. Once Barbara received her license, she continued to take classes so she could be the best she could be to make sure she provided the best customer service possible. She also went on to receive my GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), RSPS certification (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) and PSA certification (Pricing Strategic Advisor. Received my Brokers License in 2016, and a Florida Real Estate Instructor. Awarded Five Star Professional Award for Tampa Real Estate Agent 2018.
